Find-Lawyer.com, the new, video-centric legal directory associated with an Emmy-award winning television program seeks a dynamic, highly-motivated, experienced and proven outside sales professional to develop business relationships with lawyers and law firms, primarily and initially in the Philadelphia area.

March 23, 2017: The Account Executive will develop business relationships with lawyers and law firms, initially in the Philadelphia metro area, expanding nationally and coordinating promotion and outreach with the largest legal publisher in the U.S.

  • Sell annual attorney profiles and garner law firm program sponsorships by prospecting and developing new business, from first contact to contract.
  • Contact law firm and attorney clients through cold calls on the phone, on-site face-to-face office visits and other means.
  • Direct the sales cycle for new and existing clients.
  • Demonstrate vision while growing the directory and program sponsorships, expanding to national coverage.
  • Research and recommend avenues (on and off line) to promote the directory, including which of 26+ legal publications and websites should be targeted in the immediate and over time.

This is not a traditional Account Executive position. We are looking for someone whose career intention is being part of a a tight, dynamic team dedicating to supporting the mission: "Compelling Constitutional Conversations: Now More Than Ever."

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years experience in legal sales or publishing, emphasis on B2B. Will consider sales experience in other professional fields if there is knowledge of and/or involvement in the legal community.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Ability to take initiative, be a self-starter, and work independently.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM apps/programs and reporting.
  • Strong, demonstrated closing skills.
  • Available for occasional travel to the Virginia home office and other states.
