The ideal candidate will have between 5+ years of direct, on-point experience in a large law firm or dedicated Commercial Real Estate boutique. Focus of work will be on managing all aspects of a busy ‘dirt’ practice on behalf of owners and developers of retail, office, and multi-use facilities; and will include acquisition, development, and disposition work. Hired lawyer will also be called in to assist as needed with the firm’s M&A work as it touches on real estate. This is a tremendous opportunity to work autonomously and build a practice.
