TEMPORARY/FULL-TIME: Exciting new temporary opportunity with a corporation in the Washington, DC area for an employment/labor law attorney! The corporation is seeking an attorney with at least FIVE years of employment and labor law experience, both litigating and providing advice on employment/labor law matters. Previous n-house experience is preferred The attorney must have knowledge relating to local and federal laws including Title VII, state EEO, FMLA, ADA, COBRA, ERISA, ADEA, USERRA and US immigration. The attorney must also be able to manage a direct caseload of 25 to 50 matters and also oversee outside counsel.
This position in expected to last six to twelve months and to begin in late January. Work must be done on-site and is about 40 hours per week.
