Our client, a large provider of liability insurance, has exclusively engaged us to identify a highly qualified senior trial attorney to join their in-house legal department. The hired attorney will directly represent healthcare providers/physicians and entities during litigation, at trial and before the Georgia Composite Medical Board. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years of personal injury or professional liability experience with a strong preference for medical malpractice experience. Second or first chair trial experience is required. Candidates coming from either plaintiffs or defense side will be considered.
