Litigation Associate (Alternate Track) – Dallas, TX

Description: Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening in our Dallas office for a non-partnership track litigation associate. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of litigation experience. This is a full-time position but affords a more predictable work schedule than a traditional associate position. We are not accepting resumes from search firms for this position at this time.

Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Strong academic record and excellent written and oral communication skills required.

• Experience in insurance defense litigation preferred.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.
