Position Overview:

Our business and commercial litigation practice group seeks a Senior Litigation Associate attorney who thrives on autonomy and the pursuit of excellence. You'll direct your own matters, embracing first chair responsibilities in jury and bench trials across state, federal courts, and arbitrations, while also having the opportunity to act as second chair in high-stakes litigation alongside our seasoned partners.

Your Role:

• Autonomy in Action: Manage and conduct all litigation phases, from strategy to courtroom, without the constraint of micromanagement.

Qualifications:

• Bar Admission: Connecticut and U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.

• Experience: At least four years in business and commercial litigation, showcasing an ability to handle complex litigation independently.

• Skills: Exceptional researching and writing capabilities, with a factual, direct approach to communicating complex legal issues.

What We Offer:

• Compensation: $150,000 to $200,000+ per year, experience-dependent.
