Wall Street law firm with diverse business practice seeks transactional attorney with at least 4 years of experience. Must have solid experience negotiating and drafting commercial real estate (including leases) and general business agreements.
Litigation experience and Coop/Condominium work are pluses.
Generous compensation package (salary + bonus) ranging from $150k-$190k, commensurate with experience, plus benefits.
